Dr. Priya Balaraman, DDS, is a trusted provider of both general and cosmetic dentistry in North West Austin and the surrounding areas. With over 20 years of experience, she is deeply committed to delivering high-quality dental care and takes great pride in building lasting relationships with her patients. Her passion for dentistry remains as strong today as it was on her very first day in practice.

Dr. Balaraman earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF School of Dentistry) in 2006. Before moving to the United States, she completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) from the prestigious Tamil Nadu Medical University in India.

Born and raised in India, Dr. Balaraman brings a global perspective to her dental practice. After spending several years in California, she and her husband chose to make Austin their permanent home, drawn by the area’s natural beauty and welcoming, small-town feel. Outside the office, she enjoys family life with her husband, their daughter in high school, their son in middle school, and their lovable dog.

Mary brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field and is passionate about patient care, education, and building long-lasting relationships. Her warm and supportive approach helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey.

She is a highly experienced Registered Dental Assistant and has also served as an Office Manager and Practice Manager in multiple dental practices. Mary takes great pride in helping patients achieve and maintain beautiful smiles and optimal oral health.

Outside of the office, Mary enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending quality time with her husband and children. She also loves being outdoors and making the most of her free time with family and nature.
